12-16 September:'THIS IS THE MAGIC PLACE' - Heavens Valley CBS Exhibition 2026
An exhibition of images and sound recordings from Stroud's much loved Heavens Valley, a 102 acre landscape that has been in community ownership since 2024.
Also on display will be some of the key findings and quotes from the recent Heavens Valley CBS Community Engagement Project.
Everyone attending can contribute their thoughts for the future of this place, ahead of the Heavens Valley CBS AGM on 22 September.
18-20 September: Angela Findlay(opens in new tab) - Dialogues with the Severn Exhibition
A weekend celebration of the River Severn through art, talks, walks, music and poetry. Work by Angela Findlay, Kel Portman, Alexander Caminada, Louisa Fairclough, Carolyn Black, Rachel Musson and others.

25-27 September: Ruth Batham(opens in new tab) - Exhibition
16-17 October: Dobunni Poetry Festival presents(opens in new tab)(opens in new tab) LIVING MATTER Sound Installation from 14.00-17.00 each day
Enjoy a transportive sound installation at the Chapels of Rest. This is a FREE event running on the 16th & 17th October.
Living Matter is a 40-minute spatial sound installation pulsing with imaginal resonance and rooted in the ancient landscape, weaving poetry, music, song, field recordings, into a multisensory experience that invites emotional attunement with the more-than-human. A collaboration between composer Mara Simpson, sound engineer Tobin Jones, poet JLM Morton and artist Narna Hue.
